Why didn't you switch it to the phantomile voices? They made the voices sound more like they did in the original Psone version. If they decide to remake the sequel for Wii, I'll pick it up, but I'm not going to go out searching for the PS2 original. The story may have been a little.nonsensical at times, but twice it just hits you with the hammer of melancholy, and I think that should be applauded. Sure, it was incredibly easy until the last couple of levels, but it was fun too. That gripe aside, I found the game enjoyable. Add in I thought voice-acting was pretty shocking all the way through, made me glad no one else was in the room whenever I had a cutscene. My word.he's just so sickeningly polite, ALL THE TIME. I got this for Wii not along ago, partly because I've seen people rave about it here, and partly because I saw my Wii getting abandoned without something new to try. So yeah, any other Klonoa fans here? ^^ Edited Jby Leon K Fox (Tails is just as cute, but he's not the main protagonist in Sonic so yeah) Not to mention, it has the most adorable protagonist out of any video game series EVER. I am playing the first GBA game on an emulator at the moment, plan to actually buy it when I get the chance.īut yeah, Klonoa is an extremly simple series of games as far as depth is concerned, but don't let that fool you, there's an undeniable amount of charm to them in that very aspect to them, not to mention the graphics style, art style, music etc.

I loved the game to pieces even if I did have a few gripes with its storyline, but I explain that in more detail in a video review I did for YouTube ~click this link to see it if you wish to know my opinions on its storyline~Īfter completing Klonoa on Wii I got Klonoa 2 on PS2 after completing it and I loved that as well, but I can't play beyond the Ishras Ark level due to the PS3 crashing the game at the same spot each time I try to play the level

I only got into the games very recently, I bought Klonoa on the Wii earlier this month due to playing a demo of the Psone version of the game as a kid but never did get around to buying the full game, so got the Wii version as a result. Klonoa games are standard 2D platformers, though the main series games are 2.5d (some spin offs on the GBA were just 2D, for obvious reasons) where you grab enemies, throw them at other enemies as weapons, use them to perform double jumps or even throw them at switches if the need arises. So yeah, I never saw a thread for this series yet, so here we go =D
